Produce Quality Control Inspector

Quality Control Inspector Produce Experience Preferred Enforce Company standards and specifications through the inspection of inbound and outbound product to the warehouse. Minimize food safety risk issues through enforcement of quality control policies and procedures at the point of receiving. Assist receivers with validation of receiving weights and compliance with temperature guidelines. Assist receivers with the enforcement of sell and pack dates policies. Notify and monitor vendor compliance of quality control policies. Ensure that Company is in compliance with all governmental policies and that regulations regarding food safety issues are met. Monitor quality through item specification checks and yield evaluations. Make recommendations to management for the disbursement of distressed product.
