Learn more at [link in the portal]  and on LinkedIn and X .            Job Title: Sr. Equipment Maintenance Technician – Etch Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Maintenance Technician to support the Etch toolsets within a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, advanced troubleshooting capability, and a proven ability to independently own and drive equipment performance. Responsibilities: • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Etch equipment. • Maintain and repair tools such as AMAT Centura (DPS & MXP), Siconnex, JST Autobench, ULVAC Optima and Lam 4420. • Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal equipment performance and uptime. • Be willing to learn and perform maintenance in other areas of the Fab as needed. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Equipment Maintenance Technician. • Maintenance knowledge specific to Etch processes and equipment. • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: • Ability to stand, bend, and crouch for extended periods. • Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs. Work Environment & Physical Requirements • 11.75-hour shifts on an alternating 3- and 4-day schedule • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced cleanroom environment • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift) • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work in confined spaces • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and at elevated heights when required • Work with hazardous materials, including toxic and inert gases, following strict safety protocols Education • Associates Degree in Electronics/Mechatronics is preferred. For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process. The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $38 to $53. • Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors. • This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors  • This position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time , and other benefits.   • Benefits for the position includes 10 paid holidays per year, paid vacation starting at 136 hours per year for full-time employees (prorated for part-time employees), and paid sick time that exceeds the requirements of the Washington State Sick Leave law.
