Introduction: The Business Development Consultant is responsible for executing strategic business initiatives and ensuring the successful rollout of new products, services, and processes across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between business development, sales, product, and operations teams, driving project delivery and supporting field adoption to achieve growth objectives. Job Responsibilities • Execute the implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services to Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Manage timelines, and deliverables for field execution. • Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams to ensure effective adoption of new technology, practice management and business development supporting an Advisor’s practice. • Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues that arise during implementation. • Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients to inform continuous improvement. • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful implementation.
