Senior Technical Support Engineer – Structural Simulation / FEA

You Are: You are a technically strong engineer with a solid foundation in structural mechanics and simulation. Getting a model to run is only part of the challenge for you. What really matters is getting the right results and recognizing when something is off. You are comfortable building FEA models from scratch and translating real-world engineering problems into simulations that can be analyzed, debugged, and improved. Contact issues, convergence challenges, or unexpected results bring out your structured, analytical approach to breaking down problems and working toward solutions. You have experience with finite element analysis tools and enough intuition in solid mechanics to question results that don't make sense, even before diving into the details. Working directly with customers energizes you. Understanding their challenges and helping them achieve accurate and reliable simulation outcomes is where you thrive. You are proactive, take ownership of issues, and are comfortable working in complex, customer-driven environments.
