ACCS provides clinically focused evidenced based interventions to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.&nbsp; Services are person centered and are delivered by a multidisciplinary team of professionals in either residential or community based settings. In this role, you will provide support and guidance to adults facing severe and persistent mental health challenges.&nbsp;</p> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide interventions to clients that focus on problem solving, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement</li> <li>Assist the team in providing on-going assessments of client symptoms and their responses to staff interventions</li> <li>Support clients in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals</li> <li>Ensure that services provided are culturally competent, strengths based, and focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of client preferences.&nbsp;</li> <li>Provide assistance to clients related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field</li> <li>Experience working with adults with mental illness</li> <li>Valid Massachusetts drivers license&nbsp;</li> </ul> </td> </tr> <tr> <td> <p><strong>Schedule:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>&nbsp; <span data-sheets-root="1">Monday to Thursday 2pm-10pm, Friday 3p-11pm, Saturday 1pm to 9pm</span></li> <li><span data-sheets-root="1">&nbsp; Friday 11am-7pm, Saturday 3pm-11pm, Sunday 1pm-9pm, Monday 7am-3pm (32 hrs)</span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Hourly Rate</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$20.50</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$20.50 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At Eliot, we are committed to supporting you at every stage of your career, providing opportunities for growth, purpose, and community.
