Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field. • 6+ years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: • Prior people leadership experience. • Experience with extrusion and/or injection molding processes. • Experience working with medical device polymers. • Experience translating complex technical plans to diverse audiences. • Consistent track record of delivering programs and business objectives on time, within budget, and to quality standards      United States of America Pay Ranges: $107,700 - $179,600 USD Annual      Travel Percentage: 10% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
