Our Mission, Vision, and Values guide the way we do business.     Your greatest work is ahead!     Leidos’ Defense   Sensors   is   seeking a   Counter UAS Systems Integrator   to join our   Huntsville, Alabama   team developing   state of the art   Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-UAS) and Mobile Short-Range Air Defense (M-SHORAD) aligned solutions. This role will report to the Program Manager responsible for full kill chain C-UAS sensing, decision aids, and effectors. As a Systems Integration engineer you will help radar, command and control, effector, and cyber integrated product teams   identify   opportunities to collaborate in creating a system of systems to protect the United States and its allies from aerial   attacks from   adversaries . This role will collaborate across a diverse team of engineering leaders & professionals. This role relies on an ability to absorb knowledge and work across engineering disciplines in a cross functional and collaborative fashion. Share your resume with us today!     Primary Responsibilities         -   Maintain   integrated master schedule for multiple prototype systems and test/demonstration events     - Attend customer/sponsor meetings to coordinate test   objectives , personnel, and equipment       - Coordinate or   assist   in coordinating across Integrated Product Teams to support test entry criteria preparation,   I ncluding:       - Test readiness       - Cyber security       - Authority to   operate /connect       - Interim authority to connect       - Spectrum approval for systems under test       - Author data collection plans and lead analysts supporting test/demonstration outcomes       -   Maintain   repositories of collected data       -   Coordinate or   assist   in coordinating   with AM2FP program management team to execute projects by:         - Defining objectives         - Creating plans and timelines         - Coordinating resources         - Monitoring progress       - Ensuring overall success         - Work with systems engineers on requirement changes           -   Demonstrated   willingness to learn new requirements engineering methodologies through professional     development and cross-functional collaboration           - Curiosity-driven problem solver eager to expand knowledge in systems-level requirements development         - Apply systems thinking to manage complex systems throughout life cycles         -   Use   holistic approach   to analyze complex structures and interactions         - Conduct validation and verification through rigorous testing and evaluation     Basic Qualifications         -   Bachelor's degree in Engineering   with 4-8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:      - Defense systems analysis and evaluation      - Data collection and technical documentation      - Technical leadership in military technology environments       - Experience with RADAR systems, electronic warfare, and military command and control       - Experience in requirements development and rapid prototyping       -   Demonstrated   ability to:      - Use data-driven decision making      - Meet operational/occupational safety standards      - Conduct root cause analysis for technical recommendations         -  Must be a US citizen ,   possess   and Maintain a   DoW   Secret clearance or   able to obtain/maintain   DoW   Secret clearance     Preferred Qualifications       -   Test and Evaluation experience in Department of War systems     -   Demonstrated   experience in experiment design and data analysis     - Technical writing experience     - Active   DoW   Secret Clearance     If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling. Pay Range: Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
