Job Title: Senior Specialist, CRM and Marketing Automation Job Description: Senior Specialist, CRM and Marketing Automation Entegris is hiring a full-time CRM and Marketing Automation Senior Specialist to join our team! Are you passionate about CRM , digital marketing , and driving sales enablement ? As our new Digital Marketing Specialist, you will help us elevate our marketing technology stack and   enhance our   CRM   processes.   If hired, you’ll   play a key role in shaping how we engage with our audience across digital channels. This is a highly visible role with opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and make a measurable impact!   Ideally, our new team member will sit in Chaska, MN. But for the right candidate, we are open to considering Billerica, MA as an option as well. What   You’ll   Do   • Support and   optimize   CRM operations   and   daily   database mainten ance   in   HubSpot   as   a dmin istrator and program coordinator ,   in collaboration with our Digital Marketing Team   and   CRM stakeholders   • Support   and drive efficiencies in   lead management   records and processes : review, research, and update contact records   • Build segmented lists for targeted email campaigns   • Maintain, d esign ,   and   i dentify   efficiencies   for CRM   workflows   • Collaborate on digital campaigns   to create   landing pages and forms   • Ensure compliance with global data protection and communication regulations   • Analyze behavioral and website data to improve engagement   • Contribute to innovation initiatives Sales Enablement , and   partner   with   sales, sales support, and customer service     What We Seek • Bachelors   degree in Marketing   is strongly preferred   • 3 or more years of   CRM experienc e   (HubSpot preferred , Salesforce a plus)   or related work experience   • Experience with marketing automation and   MarTech   • Experience with   RevOps ,   s ales   p ipeline, and   lead funnel management   • Pride in execution and an obsession with quality   • Strong B2B digital marketing and sales enablement background   • Proficiency   in   excel   and data analysis   • Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills   • Detail-oriented,   accurate , and organized   • Self-starter   who takes initiative, follows through   on projects   in a timely manner , and   can   manage multiple projects   • Critical thinker and problem solver     WHY WORK AT ENTEGRIS?
