This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about optimizing operations, driving continuous improvement, and mentoring technical teams. A vital member of the Manufacturing team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.</p> <p>Job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes and equipment.</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to optimize manufacturing operations.</li> <li>Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality and efficiency.</li> <li>Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.</li> <li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and TPS tools.
