You’ll be empowered with the tools, support, and autonomy to make a real impact every single day.</p> <p>If you're ready to bring your expertise to a team that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we want you on board.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>You’ll lead the development and implementation of best-in-class manufacturing engineering practices across the plant, with a focus on safety, quality, responsiveness, and efficiency.</p> <p><strong><em>TPS (Toyota Production System)</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions</li> <li>Conduct time studies and line balancing</li> <li>Optimize material flow and plant layout through equipment and production line design</li> <li>Champion a customer-centric approach while enforcing safety and environmental procedures</li> <li>Provide technical support for operational improvement initiatives (SQDPC: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Cost)</li> <li>Lead deployment of WCM (World Class Maintenance)</li> <li>Champion process engineering for process optimization</li> <li>Collaborate in maintaining workplace organization (WPO)</li> <li>Other tasks may assign</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Reliability</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Set up, verify, and troubleshoot tools, machines, and processes</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally to establish world-class manufacturing systems</li> <li>Track critical asset downtime, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement countermeasures to improve OEE</li> <li>Support and sustain a critical spare parts program</li> <li>Lead facility reliability KPI improvement initiatives</li> <li>Implement autonomous maintenance strategies</li> <li>Standardize and sustain preventive maintenance (PM) for critical assets</li> <li>Lead downtime RCA efforts and manage downtime tracking systems</li> </ul> <p><strong><em>Asset Management</em></strong></p> <ul> <li>Serve as the single point of accountability for capital projects from AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) generation to asset release</li> <li>Provide scope, cost, and schedule inputs for AFE development</li> <li>Support new product launches, equipment installations, and major initiatives</li> <li>Ensure successful qualification of new equipment (SAT/FAT) into production</li> </ul> <h2>What We Are Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office (MS Project required)</li> <li>AutoCAD experience is a plus</li> <li>Experience operating tools, equipment, and machinery in an industrial setting</li> <li>Certifications such as CQM, ISO 9000/TS-16949 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, or equivalent experience.</li> <li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Position Pay Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$90,000</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$105,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What OBE&nbsp;Offers You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive&nbsp;<a href="[link in the portal] target="_blank">benefits</a>&nbsp;at the lowest cost to the employee</li> <li>Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose</li> <li>Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses</li> <li>Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed</li> </ul> <p><a href="[link in the portal] Privacy Policy</a></p> <p>OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
