The Painter 1 reports to the Production Supervisor.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>This role is perfect for an individual who has a strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively, and displays exceptional time management skills.&nbsp; A vital member of the Paint department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Follow directions/ priorities given by Department Lead/ Supervisor/ Support Manager&nbsp;</li> <li>Understand the process of changing parts on correct racks&nbsp;</li> <li>Helps to ensure the paint line is maintaining the capacity plan</li> <li>Make color changes as required in a timely manner</li> <li>Ensures the quality of parts coming off the paint line meet the company’s quality standard&nbsp;</li> <li>Ensures the paint room is operating at efficient levels. Rebuilds paint guns and pumps as required.
