Ready Mix CDL Driver

What You'll Be Doing • Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation • Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and teammates to ensure timely delivery • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper operation of all equipment • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to support a zero‑incident workplace What Are We Looking For • Safe, dependable driver with strong awareness of surroundings and road conditions • Ability to learn and operate ready-mix equipment and related systems • Strong communication and customer service skills • Capability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer • $25.89 per hour • Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension • Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
