Ready Mix CDL Driver

What You'll Be Doing • Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to job sites on schedule • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance • Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers • Manage the loading, transport, and unloading of concrete according to specifications • Maintain a clean truck and complete required delivery documentation accurately What Are We Looking For • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with safe driving capability • Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness • Ability to operate heavy equipment and adapt to changing job site conditions • Effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset • Dependability and ability to work independently or as part of a team Conditions of Employment • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer • $25.73 per hour • $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year) • Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension • Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
