Our Engineering Transformation team   work   to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.     Partner with the best   As a Field Service Engineer Heavy Duty Gas   Turbi ne   you will   be   responsible for   technical direction and safe site leadership of onsite installation. You will also be handling operational maintenance, and testing on Gas turbines.   As a Field Service Engineer Heavy Duty Gas   Turbine   you will   be responsible for :   • Providing on-site technical   direction   to skilled labor during maintenance and commissioning activities on remote Shipyards, Oilfields, Industrial Facilities and LNG Plant.   • Providing on-site interpretation of data and technical instruction.   • Leading installation, maintenance, commissioning site activities with proper Customer/Company Schedule Targets Mindset following quality and HSE Rules.   • Possessing the technical capability to troubleshoot and provide routine maintenance checkout for gas turbines products.   • Participating in customer and/or contractor   meeting   and   be   promoter on their recurrence and following action plan.     Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will:   • Have   Bachelor’s   degree from an accredited academic institution (Mechanical Engineering preferred).   • Have at least   5+ years of experience   in field service or maintenance   position , specifically in gas turbines and rotating equipment.   • Have hands-on   expertise   in   Heavy Duty Gas Turbines and Frame Gas Turbines (Frame   5 / 6   / 7 / 9) .   • Have strong knowledge of   Baker Hughes Heavy Duty Gas Turbine / Auxiliaries installation & maintenance philosophy .   • Have the ability to   understand and implement technical drawings, engineering schematics, and procedures .   • Have   experience in executing   Combustion Inspection (CI)   and   Hot Gas Path (HGP)   activities.   • Have proven capability in performing   major overhauls, turbine teardown, and reassembly activities .   • Have experience in   rotor removal & installation, blade & vane replacement, and bearing inspection & replacement .   • Have   expertise   in   seal clearance setting,   torqueing   and bolting procedures, and precision measurement techniques .   • Have experience in conducting   borescope inspections and condition assessments .   • Have strong hands-on field service experience in   turbine mechanical maintenance and overhaul activities .   • Have good customer service orientation and the ability to   communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders .     Work in a way that works for you   We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
