Overview Sub-family Definition: Responsible for standardizing, improving, and implementing planning processes to advance planning capabilities. Creates and delivers training plans to maintain and improve planning capabilities and skills. Monitors process compliance and leads ongoing process reporting. Creates and maintains functional community of practices to facilitate the sharing of best practices and manage process improvement projects. Applies comprehensive knowledge of the Supply Chain Capability and Innovation area to independently execute complex tasks and contribute to decision-making around strategy execution. May mentor and/or manage associates to ensure work is completed in an accurate and timely manner, providing guidance or support as needed. Responsible for standardizing, improving, and implementing planning processes to advance planning capabilities Responsibilities This job applies advanced knowledge of Supply Chain Capability and Innovation area processes to independently execute and facilitate complex tasks and initiatives, identifying solutions to complex problems requiring investigation and analysis Shapes strategic planning for supply chain operations, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and division Innovates and implements advanced supply chain processes, systems, and technologies to enhance efficiency Establishes key performance indicators to measure supply chain effectiveness and drive improvements. Collaborates with leadership to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals. Represents the organization in industry forums, sharing best practices and insights on supply chain management. Facilitates the timely execution of area processes, guiding associates on best practice techniques to ensure organizational standards of excellence are met. Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or similar field Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing preferred preferably food/beverage experience Must possess strong skills, knowledge and capability in TPM or lean manufacturing, finance and accounting, project management, human relations, effective communications, and statistics/logical problem solving.
