<p class="MsoNormal">Cypress Creek Solutions provides innovative operation & maintenance solutions for a variety of asset owners and a diverse portfolio of utility-scale and distributed generation solar and storage projects. A wholly owned subsidiary of Cypress Creek Energy, Cypress Creek Solutions conducts O&M for over 4GW of solar and storage assets across more than 500 sites with a presence in 24 states for third-party asset owners and the Cypress Creek Energy fleet.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>The Role</strong></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">CCE is seeking a highly motivated candidate with utility-scale solar experience to perform required preventative maintenance activities on solar PV systems. The Field Service Technician (Level 3) will also respond to corrective maintenance cases to troubleshoot, test, and repair PV systems ensuring they are following safe practices while working</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Conducting on-site routine maintenance, service, troubleshooting and repair of solar photovoltaic facilities</li>
<li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>DC and AC testing included but not limited to polarity, open circuit voltage, grounding continuity, communication, insulation resistance testing, I-V curve tracing</li>
<li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"> </span>Maintaining the vehicle, tools, meters and truck stock</li>
<li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Creating service reports and maintaining spare parts inventory</li>
<li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Identify safety hazards and take appropriate action to remove or eliminate hazards</li>
<li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';"> </span></span>Create operability and major issue/downtime reports</li>

<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">3–4+ years of experience in PV maintenance, including DC operations, AC medium voltage systems, network communications, and monitoring</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience operating SCADA, DAS, and UPS systems</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency with testing equipment and diagnostic tools including thermographic electrical inspection, IV curve tracing, Meggering, and ground fault detection</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Skilled in all aspects of PV maintenance across DC systems, AC medium voltage systems, and network communications</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Diagnostic capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified through field inspection and remote monitoring systems</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and standard design and construction practices</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to read and interpret electrical single-line and three-line diagrams</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Ability to take direction and execute tasks with minimal oversight</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Valid Driver's License</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">OSHA 10 certification</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">NFPA 70E — Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace</li>
<li>Willingness and ability to travel up to 80%</li>

<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">DC array knowledge from module to inverter level, including ground fault detection, Voc and current checks, insulation resistance testing, and combiner box and inverter communications troubleshooting</li>
<li class="whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Prior experience in EPC or construction environments, including cable pulling and electrical installation work</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Location:</strong> This is a 100% travel-based role. The individual in this role will be deployed to project sites based on business and project needs. Frequent and extended travel is required. </p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Compensation:</strong> The salary range for the position is $34-$36 hourly plus bonus and benefits. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Location:</strong> The role is remote with a home base in Durham, NC, with the expectation of daily travel to project sites within the surrounding region. Regular in-person presence on site to required. Candidates must be comfortable with daily local travel and managing work both in the field and remote. </p>
