This role is site-based, supporting a facility in and around Mattoon, IL.</p> <p data-start="1902" data-end="2079">Technicians are expected to commute daily to the assigned site. Shared company trucks are provided for on-site use only; this is not a take-home vehicle position.</p> <p data-start="2081" data-end="2231">The Staffed Field Technician will troubleshoot, test, and repair PV systems while ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family: Symbol;"><span style="font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';">&nbsp; Daily in-person presence on site is required. Candidates must be comfortable with daily local travel and managing work both in the field and remote. Shared company vehicles provided for use on site only.&nbsp;</p> <p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Compensation: </strong>The salary range for the position is $33 - $39 hourly plus bonus and benefits.
