You can see some of our favorite projects&nbsp;<a class="" href="[enlace en el portal] target="_blank">here</a>.</p> <p>Start your journey with OBE and help us build the future.</p></div><p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Get to Do</strong></p> <p>The <strong>Maintenance Technician</strong> is focused on troubleshooting equipment, determining appropriate repairs, part replacement, maintaining machinery and equipment, including the repair and installation of machinery and reports to Maintenance Leadership.</p> <p>This role is perfect for an individual who has a&nbsp;<strong>safety mindset, is a team player, organized and flexible.</strong> A vital member of the Maintenance Department, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.</p> <p><strong>Job responsibilities include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working with production to ensure timely repair of equipment is essential.</li> <li>Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure continuous production processes.</li> <li>Ensures continuous operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventing maintenance requirements on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines.</li> <li>Follows diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications to complete maintenance tasks.</li> <li>Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.</li> <li>Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.</li> <li>Repair and replace faulty components and equipment.</li> <li>Assist in the installation of new machinery and equipment as needed.</li> <li>Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment, including CNC saws, according to established schedules.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in a production floor environment.</li> <li>Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude</li> <li>Mechanical plant maintenance including the repair and installation of machinery and equipment as assigned and directed by supervisor.</li> <li>Ability to diagnose and repair equipment controlled by PLC’s and interpret ladder logic programs.</li> <li>Troubleshoot to determine appropriate repairs including the replacement of defective parts.</li> <li>Basic understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.</li> <li>Assemble, install, test, and inspect machines and equipment as needed.</li> <li>Assist with the completion of all required preventative and routine maintenance of equipment and machinery.</li> <li>Assist in upgrading equipment including fabrication of parts.</li> <li>Ability to troubleshoot problems using prints.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>What OBE&nbsp;Offers You</strong></p> <ul> <li>Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive&nbsp;<a href="[enlace en el portal] target="_blank">benefits</a>&nbsp;at the lowest cost to the employee</li> <li>Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose</li> <li>Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses</li> <li>Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed</li> </ul> <p><a href="[enlace en el portal] Privacy Policy</a></p> <p>OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p></div>
