They will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. The Supervisor must ensure the manufacturing process remains safe, smooth, and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring employees in collaboration with the Plant Manager. Supervisors are responsible for leading, directing, training, and assisting their teams.
