We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of complex, large-scale AV projects from concept through completion.</p> <p data-start="461" data-end="712">This role partners closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to manage all aspects of project delivery including estimating, planning, logistics, and onsite execution—ensuring exceptional client experiences and operational excellence.</p> <h3 data-section-id="1j5ac4d" data-start="719" data-end="737">What You’ll Do</h3> <ul data-start="739" data-end="2449"> <li data-section-id="vbm2u6" data-start="739" data-end="857">Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale events, including conferences, concerts, sporting events, and trade shows</li> <li data-section-id="1ciqzib" data-start="858" data-end="977">Manage all phases of AV and lighting projects, from initial planning through onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up</li> <li data-section-id="1i964bt" data-start="978" data-end="1085">Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects</li> <li data-section-id="1fzlj4f" data-start="1086" data-end="1179">Coordinate labor planning, scheduling, and onsite staffing for installation and dismantle</li> <li data-section-id="1ltyu4y" data-start="1180" data-end="1282">Oversee onsite teams and manage travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and expense reporting</li> <li data-section-id="10lfou5" data-start="1283" data-end="1381">Confirm venue requirements, including load-in/out procedures, power access, and dock logistics</li> <li data-section-id="9qo6vr" data-start="1382" data-end="1494">Collaborate with internal production teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of AV solutions</li> <li data-section-id="kzl42s" data-start="1495" data-end="1607">Provide technical guidance on AV and lighting alternatives to meet client objectives and budget requirements</li> <li data-section-id="1xvcg1f" data-start="1608" data-end="1730">Track and manage transportation and logistics, proactively resolving issues such as delays, damages, or lost shipments</li> <li data-section-id="11s2tty" data-start="1731" data-end="1842">Troubleshoot project challenges in real time, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders</li> <li data-section-id="133lsbo" data-start="1843" data-end="1918">Prepare material lists, estimates, proposals, and client communications</li> <li data-section-id="1oamqsx" data-start="1919" data-end="2009">Source and procure specialty AV equipment and services in partnership with Procurement</li> <li data-section-id="6c3xoh" data-start="2010" data-end="2090">Ensure all projects meet quality standards, timelines, and financial targets</li> <li data-section-id="f972oy" data-start="2091" data-end="2192">Maintain strong relationships with service contractors and vendors nationwide and internationally</li> <li data-section-id="1etl74m" data-start="2193" data-end="2273">Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and internal best practices</li> <li data-section-id="1esw8ih" data-start="2274" data-end="2363">Utilize Peak Technologies systems and tools to manage project workflows and reporting</li> <li data-section-id="178qybx" data-start="2364" data-end="2449">Interpret and develop basic drawings, layouts, and signal flow diagrams as needed</li> </ul> <h3 data-section-id="ebiqzw" data-start="2456" data-end="2482">What We’re Looking For</h3> <ul data-start="2484" data-end="3416"> <li data-section-id="1hlludo" data-start="2484" data-end="2657">Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) and 5–10 years of experience in project management, preferably in live events, AV production, or related fields—or equivalent experience</li> <li data-section-id="f2pi3d" data-start="2658" data-end="2748">Proven experience managing complex AV and lighting projects in fast-paced environments</li> <li data-section-id="ejnrse" data-start="2749" data-end="2864">Strong understanding of AV systems, including signal flow, power distribution, rigging, and equipment logistics</li> <li data-section-id="729q1" data-start="2865" data-end="2954">Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, floorplans, and setup documentation</li> <li data-section-id="1j4rmf3" data-start="2955" data-end="3029">Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills</li> <li data-section-id="1hozquu" data-start="3030" data-end="3122">Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously</li> <li data-section-id="15k6sfs" data-start="3123" data-end="3195">Experience working with domestic and international vendors and teams</li> <li
