Supervisor de Producto

‎  • Provide supervision mentoring and organization for a team of colleagues responsible for setup of Product Only enrollments as well as coordinating efforts to ensure accuracy and timely set ups; implement and monitor processes and procedures to ensure maximum productivity is achieved and established department goals are met. • Develop, maintain and standardize ETL processes required to extract, transform, cleanse and move data and metadata into target databases. • Ensures customer/vendor deliverables meet legal requirements for the proper handling of HIPAA protected information, oversees team production for the successful and accurate delivery of data files to employer customers and carriers. Education & Certifications • Bachelor’s Degree From Four-Year College or University • If commensurate experience is acceptable in lieu of specific education requirement, please describe: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or commensurate experience in insurance field equivalent to five years working in sales/administration   Technical Skills & Requirements • Proficiency with PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications • Strong technical and analytical skills • Diplomacy • Decision making skills • Ability to handle fast paced environment • Strong oral and written communications skills, including strong interpersonal skills • Working knowledge of sales and marketing techniques • Knowledge of insurance products and industry • Knowledge of enrollment processes ‎  #AFC
