Leidos is looking to fill a Project Coordinator / Task Manager position to support the National Digital Exploitation & OSINT Center (NDOC). The Project Coordinator will oversee and drive the successful execution of customer-directed taskers and internal projects under our contract. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate across cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, and implement a robust tracking system for end-of-service-life (EOSL) equipment and quote management. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced IT environment and serve as the linchpin for operational and project continuity. This is a 100% on-site position. All work must be performed at the customer site in Bethesda at the Intelligence Community Campus. • Lead, plan, and manage all projects and deliverables across the contract portfolio, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality expectations are met. • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer-directed taskers; track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Track program priorities, action items, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion. • Maintain program schedules, action item logs, decision trackers, and other program artifacts. • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and support personnel from diverse technical and cultural backgrounds. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors; facilitate procurement discussions, obtain competitive quotes, and drive resolution of any supply chain issues. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive system to track EOSL equipment, ensure timely replacements or upgrades, and mitigate risks to continuity. • Establish repeatable processes and dashboards to monitor quote status, equipment lifecycle stages, and vendor SLAs. • Create detailed reports and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders. • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to maintain operational integrity and service excellence. • Ensure alignment with all programmatic goals, security compliance standards, and contractual obligations. • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials for program leadership and customer stakeholders. • Identify process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and program execution. You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree. • 8+ years of progressive experience in project or program management, preferably within the IT or federal contracting space • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex technical initiatives. • Strong experience with vendor management and procurement processes. • Proficiency in tracking and managing asset lifecycle, particularly EOSL systems. • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with program leadership and cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Clearance • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required OR active TS/SCI and willingness to obtain and maintain a Poly. • US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the government contracts we support. Preferred Qualifications • ITIL or Six Sigma certification • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar project management and ticketing tools • Working knowledge of IT infrastructure, data center operations, and lifecycle sustainment planning • Experience leading teams in matrixed environments • Experience supporting government contracts or classified programs within the Intelligence Community. • Demonstrated ability to identify business process improvements and implement operational efficiencies. Pay Range: Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
